A few details let us plan the walkthrough before we arrive:
Property type – house, two- or three-family, shop, restaurant, warehouse or office.
What you want covered – doors, the driveway, the yard, a register or truck bays.
What's there now – nothing yet, or an old DVR system (the make, if you know it).
Footage – how many days you'd like to keep.
For a repair – what the screen shows, whether it's black, frozen, a blank timeline or an error in the app.
We confirm a time and walk the property with you. Your estimate lists labor and materials on separate lines, and the choice is yours, with no obligation. Work starts only after you've signed the contract.
If something just happened, call 911 first. Then export the clip to your phone or a USB drive before the recorder writes over it.
